Registration:

Payment of registration fee:

  • No registration fee will be charged following the policy of the Asian Workshops previously held.

Visa:

  • Participants from countries except several visa waivers are required to possess a visa before entering China.
  • Please contact Prof. Shiyou Chen (chensy@fudan.edu.cn), if you need an invitation letter for visa application. We will help you to make documents for the application. The application should be made by yourself at the Embassy or Consulate General of China in your country.
  • There are cases that the visa examination may take longer than usual, therefore it is recommended that you make the application well before the scheduled date of departure.
